ご注文はできる限り迅速に処理・発送できるよう努めております。お届け予定日数は目安としてご案内しておりますが、運送業者の混雑や天候など、当社の管理外の要因により、お届けが遅れる場合がございます。ご注文のお届けが遅れる場合は、ご理解とご協力を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。お届け先情報の正確性をご確認ください。住所の誤りについては責任を負いかねます。ご不明な点がございましたら、お気軽にお問い合わせください。喜んでお手伝いさせていただきます。

配送ポリシー

We offer shipping within the United States and internationally, with estimated delivery times ranging from 1 to 30 days, depending on destination and carrier conditions. All orders are processed within 7 days and shipped via UPS and USPS. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Please ensure that all shipping information provided is accurate. ICORIIIS is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

As a new brand, we do not cover shipping fees at this time. Your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your ZIP code, and UPS will provide the exact rate, while for international locations we use a flat rate. We encourage our customers, especially our international customers, to purchase in bundles or multiples, as this often does not significantly increase the shipping cost.

International Shipping Notice:

Because we are a New Brand and ship from the United States, your package must pass through your country's customs border.

• What you pay us: Strictly the flat cost to mail the package to your country.

• What you pay your mail carrier: Your local government's import taxes (VAT), regional customs fees, or post office processing rates.

This may look like paying the local carrier at your door, or receiving an email to pay your local post office electronically via a secure link they send you.

These local delivery fees are completely out of our control and must be paid by you to receive your package
